APV Investimenti S.p.A. è una società costituita dall’Autorità Portuale di Venezia (oggi AdSPMAS) ai sensi dell’art. 6 comma 6 della L. n. 84/1994 per lo svolgimento di attività accessorie e strumentali rispetto ai compiti istituzionali, ad oggi. svolge in via esclusiva le seguenti attività:
- realizzazione e gestione delle reti informatiche e/o di telecomunicazione e servizi collegati dell’AdSPMAS;
- fornitura per l’AdSPMAS di servizi inerenti sistemi informatici, telematici e di telefonia, di supporto informativo e di comunicazione;
- fornitura di servizi inerenti il sistema di sicurezza portuale SAFE;
- progettazione e sviluppo software di supporto all’attività istituzionale dell’AdSPMAS nonché servizi di hosting dei service necessari all’esecuzione delle applicazioni;
- gestione per l’AdSPMAS di aree adibite a parcheggio all’interno dell’ambito portuale;
Le attività attualmente svolte da APV Investimenti S.p.A. rientrano a pieno titolo tra quelle indicate dal citato art. 4 comma 2 lettera a) del D.Lgs. n. 175/2016 (c.d. Decreto Madia).
APV Investimenti è interamente partecipata dall’Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Adriatico Settentrionale.
APV Investimenti S.p.A. is a company established by Venice Port Authority (today AdSPMAS) pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 6 of Law no. 84/1994 for the performance of ancillary and instrumental activities with respect to institutional task, at present. it exclusively carries out the following activities
- implementation and management of the IT and/or telecommunications networks and related services of the AdSPMAS;
- provisioning for AdSPMAS of services relating to IT, telematics and telephony systems, information support and communications
- provision of services related to the SAFE port security system;
- design and development of software to support the institutional activities of AdSPMAS as well as hosting services required to run the applications
- management for AdSPMAS of parking areas within the port area;
The activities currently carried out by APV Investimenti S.p.A. fully fall within those indicated by the aforementioned Article 4 paragraph 2 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 175/2016 (the so-called Madia Decree).
APV Investimenti is wholly owned by the Port System Authority of the Northern Adriatic Sea.
